The kitchen was improved with sliding drawers in the pantry, replacing the counter tops with stone, the addition of a island with a butcher block top, and in 2019, we replace all 4 appliances.

Repairs were made to the roof as well. The area where the covered patio roof attached to the house was relatively flat which allowed snow to sit and then melt causing water to wick up under the shingles, into the attic and Master bedroom ceiling. We adjusted the pitch of the roof in that area and put down a large membrane in that valley under the shingles.
